All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
That means that we will either repair or replace the product free of charge if the defect is determined to be a manufacturer defect. Whether it will be a repair or a replacement will be at our discretion.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, or improper care.
We will repair any of our products in shop. If the repair is determined to be a manufacturer defect we will repair it for free. If the item needs repair from normal wear and tear there will be a small repair fee.
Cancelations and Refunds
All order cancellations, refunds and returns are subject to a 4% nonrefundable fee. This fee covers the processing cost for all credit card transactions.
Making Changes to an Existing Order
After an order has been placed, it can not be changed. If you would like to change your order it will need to be canceled and reordered which will reset your place in the lead time. If you have any questions shoot us an email at email@example.com.
We understand that the fit of a backpack is a very personal thing, and that buying a pack without ever getting to try it on can make people a bit wary. So we try to offer a fairly lenient exchange/return policy.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy which begins the day we ship the item to you. To return a product send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you will be returning. No returns will be accepted without an approval, or if the item was shipped more than 7 days after we approved your return.
We will not accept returns on items made from custom ordered fabrics, or on custom builds for items that are not listed on the website. If there is a custom charge on your order then it is considered a final sale.
All returns must be in new condition to be accepted. If the item has been used outside, or has any blemishes, tears, scrapes etc, the item will not be returnable or exchangeable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned products.
Each customer can only return an item once per order. All customers must pay all shipping and handling charges associated with any standard return.
We are only accepting limited requests for custom options at the moment.
